Are you ready for FebFast
FebFast is the original charity movement which challenges Australians to take a 28 day break from alcohol and raise funds for youth addiction in the month of February. FebFasters will have the choice to take a break from alcohol, sugar, caffeine or digital overload.

For six years, FebFast has been just the tonic to kick-start a healthier year, raising $6.6 million and inspiring over 1,000,000 drink-free days in the process. Resisting your cravings is also a tiny insight into the challenges young people face with serious addiction issues each day. It’s time you joined the ultimate pause for the better.
I wish I had never, ever tried marijuana when I was a teenager and when I became a full blown addict, I wish there was a campaign such as Febfast around to raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol and substance abuse.

Register for a month off alcohol, sugar, caffeine or digital screens and you’ll join the community, receive heaps of great content to help you keep on track and help improve the lives of vulnerable young people.
Register as an individual or get a team together and get a kick start to end your habit or just refrain from one of your guilty pleasures for the month of February. Money raised will go to such organisations as the Alcohol Drug Information Service (ADIS), Dovetail, Family Drug Support (FDS) and Swan City Youth Service.
One of my guilty pleasures is prowling online second hand web sites like Gumtree and eBay for bargains. I’m giving it up for the month of February. Money I would’ve normally spent will be donated to the FebFast campaign.
What are you giving up for February?
